Broadway Star Ray Fisher To Play Cyborg In ‘Batman vs Superman’ | Film News
Broadway star Ray Fisher will play the role of Cyborg in the upcoming Batman vs Superman film. Cyborg is Victor Stone’s alter ego, who is created when two young scientists perform experiments on Stone resulting in him nearly dying. To save his life, they graft bionic materials onto his body, and thus inadvertently create Cyborg.
Cyborg will have a small role in the Batman vs Superman film and be given a bigger role in the subsequent Justice League film. This is proving to be a common trend with superhero films, as characters are introduced to audiences via a small role in one film, only to gain a feature role in another film. Batman vs Superman will feature Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Jesse Eisenberg and will premiere in UK cinemas on May 6, 2016.
