Busty and the Bass have broken the stage again with their new single “Summer”, reconfirming themselves as one of the best bands currently present in the Canadian scene. Their musical production is the result of the perfect experimentation of a passionate jazz with hip-hop, and electro-soul a musical genre never heard before.
The band, founded in Montreal, Quebec, has no equal, as it counts eight members, each one making its outstanding part to create an unique brand of music, which incorporates two vocalists, a horn section, and a diverse range of musical genres.
“Summer” has the ability to overwhelm you completely, by stimulating every part of you able to perceive and reach to music. A smooth soul sound created by the unique instrumentation accompany the powerful voice of the singer.
The inimitable depth of the melody makes you feel like you’re listening an endless dreamy sound, where every instrument, every single note work together to echo the song. The dreamy atmosphere will make you dance with the music on the clouds, wishing to never come back again.
The music video was shot in a church in their hometown of Montreal. The forthcoming album was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Neal Pogue, who has previously worked with OutKast, Earth Wind and Fire, funk pioneer George Clinton and Macy Gray.
