The 2021 Calvin Klein spring campaign was unveiled this week on March 3, featuring Megan Thee Stallion, Jacob Elordi, Koffee, Anthony Ramos, Janaya Future Khan, Rina Sawayama, Sage Elsesser, Vinson Fraley and Queer Skate LA.
One of the stars of this campaign Megan Thee Stallion is fresh off the release of her new “Southside Forever Freestyle” video, which dropped in celebration of the Good News artist’s 26th birthday and featured Juicy J.
This minimalism campaign is a freedom sign that everyone needs to have in this rough period with high impact thanks to the artist. Titled ‘Blank Canvas‘, it puts in the spotlight the brand-new Calvin Klein style, led by white t-shirts, denim and monogrammed underwear to show that the essential is a “blank slate“.
In the new video spot for the collection, the rapper rocks a white CK sports bra as she says to the camera, “I’ve been meaning to ask you“, before Ramos asks, “What makes you most vulnerable?”, with Sawayama adding, “Where is that deep joy?”. “We don’t have to make people see the light, we only have to be the light”, Khan concludes.
The Timeless CK underwear is reworked with breathable Air Fx Tech, while the tees and tank tops are made with sustainable materials. It’s also worth noting that many pieces are size-inclusive and gender-neutral, making the collection accessible to anyone.
