Charlie XCX Teases New Single ‘Call Me Out’ Featuring Sky Ferreira | Music News

 

Charlie XCX is giving us another taste of her upcoming third album titled Charlie which will drop on September 13.

 

She shared on Wednesday (August 14) a lip-sync video revealing a new song from the album. This one features Sky Ferreira and it’s called “Cross You Out”. “NEW SONG DROPPING ON FRIDAY COUCOU: @SKYFERREIRA”, she captioned the post.

 

The new song is out tomorrow, and from what we have been able to heard, it’s seem to be another emotional anthem. “This song means a lot to me, for me it’s about leaving some pretty traumatic people from my past behind me,” Charli explained. “It feels euphoric that this song is about to be out in the world so soon

 

The British pop singer have already revealed other songs from her long-awaited third album, including “Blame It On Your Love” featuring Lizzo, “Gone”, for which she teamed up Christine And The Queens, and
the Troye Sivan starring “1999”.

 

We already know that out of the 15 tracks on the album, nine features are planned, with the likes of Haim, Kim Petras, Clairo, Pabloo Vittar, CupcakKe, Brooke Candy, Big Freedia and Yaeji.

 

Outside of her forthcoming record, Charli XCX has recently featured on Pabllo Vittar‘s “Flash Pose”, Brooke Candy’s “XXXTC”, and BTS‘ “Dream Glow”.
