High Focus MC/producer Verb T impresses again with a release on his newly formed label In The Balance Records. “Defeat Stress” is the first single from Hereford rapper Chillman, taken from his upcoming album Abstract Patterns, which is due for release next year. The track is produced by Verb T, and he also features on the hook. T collaborated with Chillman on his recent album The Man With The Foggy Eyes, and is set to produce the entirety of Chill’s LP.
