During an interview with Rap-Up, the Indonesian singer Agnez Mo has confirmed that a joint project with hit singer Chris Brown is in the making. And we may expect its release in 2019.
The two talented artists have previously released their first collaborative single “Overdose” which had become a major hit. Now, Mo and Brown have joint forces once again to create a whole project for the fans.
Mo has not confirmed a specific release date for the upcoming project. However, she has shared with Rap-Up how the two had decided on producing a joint project: “(…) we wanted to put ‘Overdose’ out first to kinda see how it turns around and how the fans like it. And if we’re doing an EP together or mini-album or if it should be a whole album”.
The singer has also commented on the musical connection between her and Chris Brown: “The reason why we connect so well artist to artist because I feel we can identify ourselves as real artists. We’re not afraid of our own truths. We’re all about the art. I like to consider myself as an artist who focuses on the art, who focuses on the craft, and I think both of us share the same goal or vibe”.
Seems like the forthcoming project will be a masterpiece indeed and we cannot wait for the two talents to finally drop the project. We are hoping to expect it in the near future. But until then, Mo is set to release a remix to her hit single “Overdose” which will feature Juicy J.
