Christian Louboutin launched four years ago the Nude Collection, a line of pumps made of five shades of nude. Since then, the family has grown up adding two more shades of nudes and a collection of ballerina flat called Solasofia.
Now, the French fashion designer added two more high-heel sandals to the collection: the Christeriva and the Cherrysandal.
The first is a ballet-inspired open toe stiletto with a grosgrain ribbon wraps, available for £595. The second one is a block heel sandal with ankle strap and chunky platform, available for £635.
The motto was ‘nude is not a colour, but a concept’ and the collection reflects the challenge of rebuilt the definition of this staple colour.
The sandals are designed to disappear in a variety of skin tones giving the illusion of longer legs (is this our dream, right?).
