British electronic Duo Disclosure and UK singer-songwriter RAYE have launched their new collaborative single titled “Waterfall“.
Disclosure started the new year with a collaboration with Zedd on the single “You’ve Got to Let Go If You Want To Be Free“, which was revealed on January, while RAYE is debuting in 2022 with “Waterfall”, with her latest performance being “Summer Love” in December with Cassper Nyovest.
The song “Waterfall” was firstly teased by RAYE on her social media with the caption “We’ve made something special. I’ll be staying quiet for a little bit longer but I promise you it will be worth it.”
On March 22, the track dropped as BBC Radio 1’s ‘Hottest Record in The World’ gaining a crazy entrance directly after it launched.
Speaking about the collaboration with RAYE, Disclosure said “RAYE is such a dream to work with in the studio. Best way to describe her is as a hook machine! You get the beat rolling & vibes going & she gives you like five chorus melody options straight away… she makes writing the way we do so easy & enjoyable.”
Disclosure were also announced to perform at Coachella in April, while they’ll be on tour, and they also have the Boardmasters and All Points Eats festivals following in August.
