Doja Cat has teamed up with SZA for her brand new single “Kiss Me More”. The artist had teased the collaboration back in February and announced the release earlier this week. The track also comes with a music video, that you can watch below.
This is not Doja‘s first collaboration this year as she already worked with Saweetie for “Best Friend”, she also worked on two remixes – one with Stefflon Don and another with Ariana Grande for”34+35″ with Megan Thee Stallion.
Her new song “Kiss Me More” is about kissing, as you’d imagine. The rapper declared that she thought it would be “cute” to tackle it in a song. She also seems delighted to work on this collaboration as she revealed to Apple Music Radio.
“I started there, and then SZA took it to like a deeper level, which is what I needed, you know what I mean? Because then it starts to become like a children’s jingle and she just made it feel relatable and adult and sexy and funny and awesome”, she said.
This single is a refreshing track about a light topic, perfect for this early summer, and the two American artists make a great team on this project. It is also the first extract of Doja Cat‘s upcoming album Planet Her that is particularly expected by the fans.
