After having announced that they were working on a new album, Eagulls have set a release date for their new LP and they’ve also shared new song, “My Life in Rewind”, from the record.
The upcoming album Ullages will be published on May 13, and it will contain 11 songs, including “My Life in Rewind” and “Lemontrees”, released earlier this year (February 1).
“It’s still all from George’s viewpoint but whereas on the last album it was his own personal outlook, this time we tried to step away from that a bit and look outwards and how he gets on with other people,” said drummer Henry Ruddel.”It feels like it’s more to do with relationships, not in a romantic way, but more as in your relationship with the person you might bump into on the street, or the person you work with… Very brief encounters and how odd they can be”.
The album is available now for pre-order.
