Four decades after his death, Elvis has scored yet another number one album. Whilst doing this he has also taken the record for the most UK number one albums for a male artist. The winning track is Presley’s new record “If I Can Dream” and is his 72nd record from a collection of Elvis classics.
Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla Presley gave it the go-ahead last year after the Elvis’ former producer approached her. Priscilla said of the album “This is an album that Elvis always really wanted to do and he would have been so pleased to know his fans are still there and they continue to love his music“.
