The Television Critics Association held their 31st TCA Awards ceremony, recognizing talent in all aspects of TV. The biggest winner was the Fox series Empire who took home the prestigious ‘Program Of The Year’ award beating out Transparent, Game of Thrones, The Americans and Mad Men .
The other big winner of the night was Amy Schumer who not only took home the award for ‘Individual Achievement In Comedy’ but her show Inside Amy Schumer took home ‘Outstanding Achievement In Comedy’. Other big winners included The Americans for ‘Outstanding Achievement in Drama’ and Jon Hamm for ‘Individual Achievement in Drama’. Fan favourite Better Call Saul took home ‘Outstanding New Programme’ beating out Empire, The Flash, Transparent and Jane The Virgin.
