Pop’s very own dutchess Fergie recently marked her return to the music scene with the anthemic “LA. Love” and has been talking all about her new music. In a recent interview with HOT 97, the 36-year old announced that her follow up to 2006’s The Dutchess album would be released at the beginning of next year, and that she was back in the studio with Black Eyed Peas bandmate and producer Will.i.Am.
Things got even more interesting when host Ebro discussed competitions with with peers Iggy Azalea and Nicki Minaj. After a little goading, Fergie went on to exclusively reveal that she has recorded with a collaboration with Nicki and that there was a ‘possibility’ of hearing the track before the album. You can peep Fergie’s full Hot 97 Interview below (17.40 for Nicki talk).
