Flying Lotus recently interviewed Kendrick Lamar on BBC Radio 1, where he has stated that the rapper’s new album To Pimp A Butterfly is to become a future classic. The LA producer is currently hosting a residency on the station, taking over reins every Thursday at 10pm. As well as the interview, the pair also shared a new collaboration called “Eyes Above”, which you can listen to below. Both artists have collaborated on numerous occasions previously, with Lamar appearing on Flying Lotus’ last album You’re Dead and Lotus on the production credits on Lamar’s recent album To Pimp A Butterfly.
