Folk icon Joni Mitchell has been selected as the new face of Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2015 campaign. The musician is 71, and she isn’t the only elder icon to have worked for the fashion label. Previously, rock icon from the band Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon has modelled for them, along with 60’s pop star Marianne Faithful and grunge rocker Courtney Love. Mitchell is promoting a 70’s fashion wearing Saint Laurent’s leather cape, country hat and folk tunic.
