Foo Fighters Accused Of Ripping Off 80’s Rock Band | Music News

Seattle rock outfit Foo Fighters are being accused of ripping off “Holy Diver”, which was released by Rock band Dio in 1981. The Foo Fighters’ track in question, “Something From Nothing”, is the lead single from the band’s forthcoming eighth studio album Sonic Highways which was released earlier this month, on October 16. Taking to Twitter, Dio fans complained of a resemblance between the two songs with the distinctive “Holy Diver” riff being the main cause of the comparison.
