A former member of Owl City’s back up band has been indicted with criminal sexual contact, following an event in 2013. Daniel Jorgensen was accused of committing criminal sexual contact on a beach in Atlantic City and then attempting to get the girl to come back to his hotel room and the band’s tour bus to engage in sexual activity. If found guilty, Jorgensen Is set to face 10 years in prison, with bail being set to $100,000. Jorgensen is thought to have got in contact with the 14-year old girl via the internet and had arranged to meet up with her after an Atlantic City gig.
