This October the V&A teams up with online magazine and collective, Gal-dem. Made up of almost 50 women of colour, Gal-dem offers their take on the world. Come down to the museum on Friday, October 28 for an all female line up as you are invited to twerk to empowerment with Kelechi Okafor, share a soul food recipe and hear some of London’s best MCs.
Friday Late is a FREE contemporary drop in event that occurs every last Friday of the month (except September and December) from 6.30-10pm. It celebrates all aspects of contemporary visual culture and design in society, bringing audiences face to face with leading and emerging artists and designers, through live performance, film, installation, debate, DJs and late night exhibition openings.
