As reported by Variety, Gabrielle Union will star in and produce the home-invasion drama Breaking In.
The film is about a woman fighting to protect her family during a home invasion and will be directed be James McTeigue (known for V For Vendetta (2005)), whilst the script will be penned by Ryan Engle, based on a pitch from Jaime Primak Sullivan.
Union will produce with Will Packer through Will Packer Productions along with James Lopez and Practical Pictures’ Craig Perry and Sheila Taylor.
Gabrielle Union’s most notable appearances are in the two Think Like A Man films, Almost Christmas, Top Five, Bad Boys II, Sleepless, and Birth Of A Nation.
The shooting for Breaking In starts in July in Los Angeles.
