Kit Harington, star of Game of Thrones has been spotted in Belfast today where the hit series is beginning to film its sixth season. DO NOT CONTINUE READING IF YOU HAVE NOT YET SEEN THE FINALE OF GAME OF THRONES SEASON 5!!!
At the end of season five of Game of Thrones last month, Harington’s character Jon Snow is murdered by his fellow brothers of the Night’s watch. As it was not actually proven to the audience that Jon was in fact definitely dead, many members of the show’s cast and crew have said that Jon is “deader then dead“. However, with many audience members praying that this isn’t true, maybe their prayers have been answered. Kit Harington was spotted getting off a plane in Belfast earlier today and many people are thinking it’s for the season six filming which has begun this week.
If Harington is to appear in season six, how would the writers go about it? With no book to follow, everyone is in the dark about how the story will continue. No one is aware of whether Jon will return as himself or as a White Walker. Maybe he is only there to film his funeral or more scenes, how long will he stay in Belfast? Only the show will tell us, but we have another nine months before we can discover that.
