Former Saint Laurent designer Hedi Slimane, was spotted at an Investments office in Doha, Qatar perhaps with the intentions of finding investors to fund his own brand. After resigning from YSL in 2000, Slimane considered the possibility of launching his own eponymous brand, but instead signed to Dior and went on to start Dior Homme.
Perhaps after a successful campaign at Saint Laurent, with sales soaring through the roof, it is the right time for the French designer to launch his own label. Stay tuned to updated with any news regarding this matter.
