On November 9, Swedish fashion clothing brand H&M launched a teaser to announce their 2017 holiday campaign film ‘A Magical Holiday’ and now the entire movie has finally been released.
With celebrities such as the rap superstar Nicky Minaj, Jesse Williams (Dr. Jackson Avery in Grey’s Anatomy) and filmmaker and actor John Turturro, in the main roles, the director Johan Renck tells the story of a little young girl who saves Christmas from Santa Claus’ evil brother.
Everything begins with Nicky and Jesse, the parents of this little girl, who in order to help her sleep, begin to tell her a story about a parallel fantasy world filled with memorable characters and a universal message of caring for one another.
In this surreal clip, the new H&M collection, which is already available to purchase in store and online here, is shown throughout. At the end of this video, appears the caption, “This year’s Holiday donation from the H&M foundation goes to UNICEF to give children the best start in life“.
