“Chasing Rubies” is the latest track from the brilliant and hotly tipped (HOT) Irish sibling folk duo Hudson Taylor, which is made up of brothers Harry and Alfie. The new single will be released via Polydor on October 5 and comes as the follow on from “Battles” as well as a string of other stunningly stirring folk-pop songs from the duo. The young, fresh and rapidly rising duo have established themselves quite the fan base as well as gaining recognition from an array of critics and taste makers alike, with a series of sensational and highly appreciated EPs and singles.
Hudson Taylor have gathered an impressive underground following and are on the cusp of a big breakthrough with this latest and highly rousing anthem “Chasing Rubies”, and was even mentioned as Huw Stephen’s Hottest Record on Radio 1 recently which comes as no surprise. In fact I couldn’t agree more Huw, these boys come with such unique fresh talent and edge, and combined with the stunning lyrics, vocals and visuals for the single, these siblings are set for stardom.
The boys are in the middle of finishing their debut album, which will hopefully be with us early next year… Of course that is, if they have time after all the crazy tour shenanigans that is bound to happened when they set off with the sensational Jake Bugg on his UK tour this October.
