London born singer-songwriter Jake Morley has recently released his new single, “Strange Loop”. Jake has received support from the likes of BBC 6Music and BBC Radio 2 and he’s set to soon be performing with Lucy Rose at Tonefest. He has also recently released the details of his upcoming album The Manual which is due for release on June 10.
The press release says of the new single from the album:
“The new single Strange Loop brings us openly straight into Jake’s inner complex thoughts. Partly inspired by Escher as an attempt to describe the concept of only moving upwards or downwards through a hierarchical system and finding oneself back to where they started. The repetition of some lines in the piece may represent this paradoxical idea of feeling stuck in the same place”.
