BAFTA Award winner James McAvoy stars in the trailer for romantic film The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby. The story is about Conor played by James McAvoy who is married to Eleanor played by Jessica Chastain. Following a tragedy, this once happily married couple are now trying to rediscover each other, with the film showing the romance from both of their perspectives. At the Toronto Film Festival, fans got to watch two versions of the film, one from Conor’s perspective and the other from Eleanor’s. The upcoming film, due to be released in cinemas, has merged both of the films together. The film is written and directed by Ned Benson, the cast also includes Viola Davis, William Hurt, Isabelle Huppert and Bill Hader. It will premiere in US cinemas on the 26th of September 2014, no UK release date has been confirmed.
