Following the success of full debut In Colour, London based producer Jamie XX played one of the more memorable Live Lounge sets in recent memory. All with a little help from his friends; Jamie roped in The XX bandmates Ollie Sim and Romy Croft, Four Tet and Warpaint‘s Stella Mozgawa for the set.
The impromptu group played sterling renditions of “Loud Places”, “Stranger in a Room” and “Seesaw”, all from Jamie XX’s album. The performance has capped an eventful few weeks for Jamie XX, who has been nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, and was among the headliners of Manchester’s Warehouse Project over the past month.
