Six months after English singer and songwriter Jessie J released “Queen”, the first single from her fourth album titled R.O.S.E, she has finally released the new music video. It is the third single after “Think About That” & “Not My Ex” and represents the ‘S’ part of R.O.S.E which stands for SEX.
“Queen” is an R&B track with a catchy bassline and is a body empowering anthem for ladies all around the world. The music video was directed by Marc Klasfeld, who’s worked with the likes of Katy Perry, Jay-Z, Little Mix, Nick Jonas, Shakira and many others.
The music video sees Jessie wrapped in silk, walking and playing amongst it, singing at the camera expressing her purest emotions. Also, she appears with a red dress sitting on a throne very similar to the cover art of the song.
Throughout the video appears many portrait shots of different girls of different sizes, shapes and races posing for the camera, laughing, dancing, being more beautiful than ever. At the end of the video, Jessie J appears with all the girls that appear in the video laughing and hugging.
