Justin Bieber is planning to release his next studio album in November. The 21-year old singer’s last album Journals was released in 2013. Billboard reports a November 13 release date for the forthcoming record. In the meantime, Bieber’s fans are patiently waiting for his next single “What Do You Mean”, which is due to be released on August 28. The singer’s last single “Where Are U Now”, a collaboration between him and Jack U, DJs Skrillex and Diplo, is still performing well in the UK singles chart, currently sat at #23 in the top 40.
