Justin Bieber UK Singles Chart Reign Continues | Music News
US pop sensation Justin Bieber has recently met a UK chart record, that has only been held by Elvis Presley and The Beatles in the past; The record being that he’s knocked himself off the number one spot, with another of his singles. “Love Yourself” has claimed its rightful space in the charts and replaced last week’s number one, “Sorry“.
As well as this, another Bieber single, “What Do You Mean?” sits comfortably at number four. The last time this happened was in 2005 with two Elvis tracks, but the last living act to achieve UK chart success like this was the Beatles in 1963. Pretty impressive, right? Despite his consistent commercial success, Justin Bieber has often been seen as more of a guilty pleasure, (unless you’re a twelve year old girl), rather than a credible artist. However, with the release of his new album, Purpose, many have changed their mind.
