Katie Holmes breaks the mould to star as a serial killer in the film trailer for Miss Meadows. Holmes is Miss Meadows a serial killer who becomes a primary school teacher to hide her dangerous activities. At first no one suspects, as she hides behind the wholesome persona she created. She becomes confused about her plans when she begins to fall in love with the town’s local Sheriff, and eople soon begin to suspect her motives. Holmes co-stars include Mary Kat Place, Jean Smart, Callan Mulvey and James Badge Dale. The movie is written and directed by Karen Hopkins, and it will premiere in US cinemas on the 14th of November 2014 with no UK date confirmed.
