With his third solo album completed and ready for release at the end of a busy Rolling Stones summer, Keith Richards has recently stated that the Rolling Stones have contemplated recording a new album. “We’re talking about doing some recording after this tour, but there’s nothing definite. We just threw out the idea. I’d like to get the boys back in the studio again”, he recently said. Last month, the Stones announced that a deluxe re-issue of Sticky Fingers (featuring unreleased outtakes and live performances) would be released, along with the band embarking on a 15-city ‘Zip Code’ tour of North America – their first tour without long time friend and saxophonist Bobby Keys.
