Eighteen years on since the death of The Notorious B.I.G, Kendrick Lamar marked the anniversary with an appearance on Big Boy’s show at LA radio station Real 92.3. As well as speaking on his upcoming album, which as of yet is still called Untitled, he also took it back and freestyled over Biggie and Method Man’s 1994 instrumental “The What£. Politically charged lines such as “Nothing new but a flow of DemoCrips and ReBloodicans, Red state versus blue state, which one you governing?” mirror his socially aware style which was showcased on his explosive latest single “The Blacker The Berry”.
