Singer songwriter and 2015 X Factor live finalist, Kiera Weathers, has released the video to her pop single, titled “You Gotta Be”.
Since wowing the public with her incredible vocals as a finalist on X Factor 2015, 20 year old singer songwriter Kiera Weathers has really come into her own.
Kiera ended 2016 on a high with the self-release of her debut single, a refreshingly modernized cover of the feel good 90s Des’ree hit, “You Gotta Be”.
Upon its initial release, the track, due to its great reception from fans and media outlets, found its way into the Top 100 of iTunes Pop Chart, leapt into Spotify’s UK Viral chart and collectively has had over 300,000 plays on Spotify.
This has most recently led to Kiera securing a distribution deal with Artist To Watch Records, a label imprint from Warner Bros Music UK.
This is a gracefully energetic video illustrating different characters and their talents through creatively lit set-ups. It shines light and positively brings to the forefront its stars raw talents.
From the second Kiera fiercely walks into shot to the end of the video, it epitomises one of the song’s key messages that “You Gotta Be Bad, You Gotta Be Bold, You Gotta Be Wiser”.
