It seemed rather surreal when the news first broke that Krept & Konan would be venturing into the restaurant business by opening one of their own in their Croydon hometown. But the reality is finally come and Crepes And Cones is the real deal.
In celebration of their grand opening on Saturday, May 12 and in loving memory of their friend Nash, Krept and Konan have released a brand new track of the same name featuring none other than MoStack who provides a classic punchy hook. With production from the iconic Steel Banglez, it’s another playful banger and you could consider this an anthem for the restaurant, if you will.
Kaylum Dennis has put together the visuals which really emphasise the love that so many have for the pair and how much of a big achievement this is. Shot inside the restaurant, it features a very long list of cameos including Stefflon Don, Paigey Cakey, Mariah Idrissi, Hardy Caprio, Abra Cadabra, J Hus, Dave, Big Narstie, and The Chicken Connoisseur – to name but only a few.
