Simon Pegg and Lake Bell star in new romantic comedy Man Up, telling the story of a single woman who’s mistaken for somebody else’s blind date but decided to give it a go anyway; leading her to find what could be the perfect boyfriend. With a script from Tess Morris (The Love Punch), and Ben Palmer (The Inbetweeners) in the directors chair; a new trailer for the wacky rom/com has been released!
While I’m fairly unfamiliar with Lake Bell, I’m a huge Pegg fan and will generally watch anything with him in it (except How to Lose Friends & Alienate People) so this movie is definitely one I’d give a go. The trailer has a Run Fat Boy, Run vibe to it, something I really like in British rom/coms. Also, with The Inbetweeners‘ Ben Palmer helming the project, you know you’re probably going to get some good laughs in there too. Check out the new trailer, with the flick hitting theatres on May 10.
