Lana Del Rey has completed nine new songs for her third studio album which she has titled Honeymoon. Serving as the follow up to her 2014 release Ultraviolence, her new album will include a cover of “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood” based on the Nina Simone version. Del Rey describes the process of Honeymoon and tells us what to expect from it: “It’s very different from the last one and similar to the first two, ‘Born to Die’ and ‘Paradise’. I finished my last one in March and released it in June and I had a follow-up idea. It’s growing into something I really like. I’m kind of enjoying sinking into this more noirish feel for this one. It’s been good”.
