US actor Lindsay Lohan is releasing a new TV series which documents her struggles with addiction and the law, directed by Amy Rice and set to premiere on Oprah Winfrey’s network OWN. Filming for the TV series began shortly after Lohan finished attending a rehab clinic in Los Angeles, with the 27-year old moving to New York in order to stay away from the unhealthy lifestyle she is living in LA.
Viewers can see Lohan talk about fame, the paparazzi and how she deals with this on top of fighting addiction. There is a moment in the recently released clip when Oprah Winfrey confronts the actor as she does not attend scheduled filming dates and other responsibilities for her show. Winfrey shows her some tough love, she said, “I really do want you to win. If that isn’t what you want, I’m okay with that. I will tell these guys to pack up and leave today“. The show titled Lindsay will be broadcast on March 9 at 10pm.
