Live At Leeds is a music festival that is held every year across a variety of venues throughout Leeds and it is back this year bigger and better, from May 2nd to May 5th, with more bands, more stages and more events. Live At Leeds has had some of the best established acts grace its stages over the years, including Alt-J, Mumford and Sons, The Maccabees, Ed Sheeran, The 1975, Jake Bugg, London Grammar and the list could go on.
So once you have your wristband secured tight and you step out into one of the UK’s hottest festivals, you will discover and be a part of the biggest showcase of some of the best musical talent from across the nation. What is great about Live At Leeds is that their ethos has always remained the same and in my opinion makes for the best type of festival. This is that they choose to celebrate the best in emerging local bands alongside more established national acts.
This year’s headline acts are quite mindblowing and include iForward, Russia!, Albert Hammond JR, Bipolar Sunshine, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Chloe Howl, Blood Red Shoes, Clean Bandit, Ella Eyre, I Like Trains, Kodaline, The Midnight beast, Wolf Alice and many more. To get yourself tickets head over here, and for more information go to the Live At Leeds website. This is set to be one cracking Bank Holiday weekend for sure.
