Maia Miller-Lewis Unveils Emotional New Single ‘In The End’ | Music News

British artist Maia Miller-Lewis shared her feelings inspired by the current challenging world situation with her new touching single “In The End” she has just released.

Based between Buxton, Derbyshire and Bristol, Maia Miller-Lewis is a singer, songwriter and final year student of Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol, where she was supposed to celebrate the end of her academic career in few months.

She has been writing music from an early age, and over the years she achieved important successes like the support from BBC Introducing, which brought her tracks on both local and national radio airplay, and the impressive chance to perform her single “Carry On Anyway”, live on The Guilty Feminist podcast’s The Power Of Music Episode.

Music has always been an important way for Maia Miller-Lewis to express her feelings, and the struggles she, as a university student, has to cope with during these tough weeks gave her the inspiration for her latest single “In The End”, which will be featured on BBC Radio 4’s Loose Ends programme on April, 4.

About her new single, the artist stated: “Recently, with all the chaos going on around us, music has provided me with an oasis. I feel almost guilty that I have this thing that I can carry on doing and enjoy while so many people around me are struggling. But the beauty of being a songwriter is you can channel all the emotions you absorb from the people around you and turn it into something that resonates with everyone”.

This emotional single will surely resonate with you as well. Listen to it here:
