Mark Ronson has teamed up with mod rocker Miles Kane on the official soundtrack to new Johnny Depp film Mortdecai. Miles Kane will sing vocals on the openinig track “Johanna”, while Rose Ellinor Dougall is the only other credited singer on the album, which has been put together by Ronson and composer Geoff Zanelli. The Mortdecai soundtrack will be available to digitally download on January 19, the same date that Mark Ronson’s new solo album Uptown Special will be released. It will be Ronson’s fourth studio album and will feature appearances from Kevin Parker, Mystikal, Stevie Wonder and Bruno Mars, who featured on Ronson’s UK number one single “Uptown Funk”.
