Max Richter, the famous British musician, is set to perform for 560 people who will lying in bed for eight hours. The strange experience will take place at Grand Park, a massive park in Los Angeles so the audience can enjoy Max Richter’s music under the stars.
The annual eight-hour lullaby is on its fifth edition after having taken place in Europe and Australia.
Max Richter is passionate about this project because he thinks that music and sleep are an intimate moment in a human being’s life and listening to live music with strangers can create a connection.
In fact, he has collaborated with the neurologic scientist David Eaglerent, to study the effect of listening to music right before sleeping. Tickets are still available, and you can find them here.
