One of the hottest and most exciting talents of recent years, singer songwriter Moelogo has released not one but two new singles, titled “Shine Your Light” and “Sometimes I Pray”.
Two very different tracks which shows off Moelogo’s flair for crafting captivating and uplifting material, with compelling storytelling and textured themes and concepts, “Shine Your Light” and “Sometimes I Pray” is a taster of what to expect from Moelogo‘s forthcoming third EP, Shine Your Light.
“Shine Your Light” which is a soulfully melodic and thought-provoking track, was produced by Jay Weathers and “Sometimes I Pray” which features UK artist, Tiggs Da Author, is an Afro fusion sound perfect for the pending summer days, produced by P2J.
Speaking on his new singles, Moelogo said, “‘Shine Your Light’ and ’Sometimes I Pray’ are a way of me talking to the younger generations and telling them to be yourself, regardless of outside pressures. Do what you love and what comes from your heart. Don’t do what the majority wants you to do. Even if one person appreciates what you do, that’s a blessing, as working to carve your own path isn’t an easy thing to do”.
