Scottish folktronica artist Monkoora also known as Julie Crawford has released her new track “Dawn” which you can listen to below. She is currently preparing to release her new mini LP Pale Slopes on April 29 via experimental electronic label Hot Gem Tunes. Her unique approach to music sees her blend rusty saws, autoharps, whistles and detuned ukuleles with lucid beats and sweeping vocal harmonies for a sound like no other. As well as taking elements of hip hop, ambient and psychedelic rock. The press release says of Monkoora:
