In an email interview with Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Morrissey revealed having received a series of cancer-scraping treatments. “They have scraped cancerous tissues four times already, but whatever, If I die, then I die. And if I don’t, then I don’t. Right now I feel good”, he said. The singer has been suffering from several illnesses over the past years and has been frequently hospitalized. Doctors have been warning him to stop touring. However, he is currently on an European tour, which started last Monday in Lisbon, Portugal. He is also working on his novel, which he expects to be published in 2015.
