Muse Perform Songs From ‘Drone’ At Download Festival | Music News

Muse played their first show in the UK since the release of new album Drone, headlining the Download Festival, in Donington Park on Saturday night (June 13). The 90-minute set focused on the band’s heavier material, with a warm reaction from fans, to the new songs, like the first single to be released from the album, “Psycho”. Muse performed new material that had been never played live before, including the track “The Handler”, that ended with fireworks. Some of the band’s most famous hits were also performed, with the show reaching its end with “Plug in Baby” followed by “Knights of Cydonia”.
