Celebrities dressed to impress filled the 2023 NAACP Image Awards red carpet on Saturday night. Zendaya, Gabrielle Union, and other celebrities appeared at the award ceremony in Pasadena, California, while dolled out in sequins, ruffles, and every colour of the rainbow.
At the 54th NAACP Image Awards, Serena Williams, Angela Bassett, and Kerry Washington all dazzled in fitted outfits, but Zendaya stole the show in a plunging black and neon green gown.
The 26-year-old Euphoria actress, who was recently spotted filming a Bulgari advertisement in France, flaunted her trim figure as she walked the red carpet with other accomplished celebrities.
Quinta Brunson, who was nominated for ‘Entertainer of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series’ for her work on Abbott Elementary , matched the mirrored dress with a variety of reflective sequins of various sizes by donning silver stiletto heels.
She wore several sparkling rings and a pair of dangling statement earrings as jewellery. She chose a makeup look with silver eyeshadow and rosy cheeks and styled her hair in a stylish middle part.
Janelle Monáe has also stunned in lively red Custom Cong Tri dress and her make-up and the hairstyle were excellent at balancing out the dress in the best way possible.
The celebs not only presented the upcoming season/collections of the known brands but also went with custom made option as well. Kerry Washington was being one of them she looked amazing in black Custom Fendi dress with bra portion sticking out from the classic dress -just enough to give a tease-.
Viola Davis was also one of the celebrities who’s choice was custom made for the night. Davis’s choice of color was purple and wore Custom Dior dress, Rodo clutch, and DeBeers jewellery for the event.
