Neo-Soul and contemporary R&B artist NC Grey has unveiled her brand new single “Work For It”. The uplifting tune, which has been featured on BBC’s ATL introducing is about to kick our 2020 blues and inspire all of us deeply.
NC Grey is a British-Nigerian singer and songwriter and her style reminds of icons as Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone and Sade Adu – who also have been a big influence on the rising talent.
She stands mainly out with her rich and elegant voice and her debut project Magic The EP even garnered her a nomination in the 2018 Unsigned Music Awards.
Furthermore she has played various festivals and venues across Ireland and of course the UK. With her inspiring anthem “Work For It” she blends Jazz, Soul and R&B in a smooth and soulful way again. The emotive and honest songwriting
