The new trailer for Daniel Lee‘s film is out and the scale looks completely nuts. Dragon Blade stars Jackie Chan, John Cusack and Adrien Brody and tells the story of Roman soldiers who are lost in China. The trailer shows very little of the actual story and have instead opted to shove as many actions scenes with bewildering shots of intense dialogue between the three main players and to be honest, the whole thing has left me a little disorientated. The scale does look huge and I like a lot of the imagery but I’m not sure this is going to be a knockout as of yet. Still, I’m sure Dragon Blade will find it’s audience in die hard Jackie Chan fans and those who are partial to martial arts. The film is still looking for a US distributor so no sign as to if/when it will reach the UK. Take a look at the trailer and see what you think.
