Swiss Army Man, a film directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert and starring Daniel Radcliffe, prompted walk-outs by movie-goers at the Eccles Theatre during it’s premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. The film relates the story of a man stranded on an island, played by Paul Dano, who befriends a corpse, played by Radcliffe.
Whilst this seems a relatively normal, by movie standards anyway, plot for a film at Sundance, it does however get stranger. As Radcliffe’s character comes back to life, he proceeds to pass gas, prompting criticisms that the movie is no more than a drawn out fart joke.
