The wait is almost over. With Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens being just over a month away, the upcoming movie finally feels within reaching distance. However, little is actually known about the $200 million budget blockbuster, meaning it still feels in a galaxy far, far away…
Hold onto your lightsabers though! For today, the official Star Wars website released new character posters, providing us with a closer insight to the film’s stars. They’ve hit us right in the nostalgia with Harrison Ford’s Han Solo and Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia, but given us a glimpse of the film’s new youngsters: John Boyega, Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver, (a.k.a. Finn, Rey and Kylo).
Although these posters don’t exactly reveal much about the story, we can clearly identify these five characters are going to feature as the film’s main focus, a similar attribute in the most recent trailer. Each character is depicted with their chosen weapon, at least that’s something new!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released December 18 2015.
